Problem: Logged-in users see sign-in prompts for Tableau Cloud

Logged-in users experience repeated sign-in prompts and encounter difficulties in viewing specific sections of the Publisher Portal accurately.

Potential Cause:

The browser blocks the cookies required by the Publisher Portal.

Solution:

Steps for Safari users
  1. Click the Safari menu in the top-left corner of your screen and select Preferences.

  2. In the Preferences window, click on the Privacy tab.

  3. Ensure that the following options are unchecked: - Prevent cross-site tracking - Block all cookies
