2. Configurations

In order to drive strong up-funnel metrics, publishers must be able to keep users engaged and motivated throughout their test drive progress. Publishers need to strategize communication plans to inform users of their progress and their eligibility for attractive offers. By connecting with their users across test drive intervals and milestones, publishers can:

  • Help ensure the success of their IQL programs.

  • Help improve user retention.

Here's a screenshot of the Configurations page, where publishers can configure engagement webhooks to engage with their user base.

3. Help Section

You can access Help Centre and Developer Support from this section. You can also raise support tickets to Zendrive if you run into any issue while managing your program, as shown in the following screenshot:

4. Settings Page

You can use the Settings page to manage member roles, edit your profile and configure advanced settings, as shown in the following screenshot:

In the Profile page, you can update your display name, and reset your password. Note that you cannot update your email address, as this is already registered in the Zendrive System when you signed up as a publisher.
