Integration using MarTech Tools for User Engagement

To improve user retention during the test drive period, periodic reminders must be sent to users, updating them on their progress towards receiving a potential discounted auto insurance offer. These reminders, delivered via push notifications, email or other methods chosen by the publisher, will be triggered by Zendrive through webhooks.

Publishers can configure webhooks within customer data platforms such as Segment or other MarTech tools like Iterable, Braze, Clevertap, Customer.io, etc., enabling them to send engagement communications tailored to the user journey.
